Eskom Sebokeng

Hellopeter, I have a problem with the eskom company at Sebokeng. My electricity was cut off in 2019 because of the guy who was renting my house coz he was buying the unregistered electricity and I did not know.

Eskom came and disconnected my power then told me I must pay R6000,00 then as soon as I pay it I must send them the proff of payment, then they will send people to come and connect. This year on the 24th of Jan not manage to raise the money and deposited it and sent them the proof of payment. This is all because there is someone who must come and rent the house. I called them after 5 days and they said they will send people on the day but didn't and they told me they will come the following day but they didn't.

The sad thing is even when I went to their offices they spoke to us over the fence and did not allow us in the offices, and just gave me an account number and a reference number and the email address which is *** .

I sent them emails trying to find out what's going on but they never rep**** to the 4 days emails I sent. When I sent someone they said they don't have man power and they don't have cars to go and connect. My house is at Golden Gardens in Sebokeng.

So I don't know I have to wait for how long coz I've paid their money and I'm behind with my bond and is in areas because there's no one renting for the past year because of electricity.

That's the problem I have with the Eskom in Sebokeng
