ESKOM SE **** ESKOM MUST FALL

I am very disappointed in Eskom my supply was cut Tuesday 9 April 2024 19:00pm, I went to Bellville Head Office the next only to find they closed every Wednesday wasted a days leave from work, the next day stood outside in the main road for hours when I finally got assisted I paid the move in amount which was just under R6000 and was told our supply would be connected the next day Frid 12th, because it's too late to send a technician now but they could send a Technician at 19:00pm to switch it off...? 16 April and we still have no electricity I have a 3 year old who needs proper food and to wash but does Eskom care... We have to waste our petrol driving from one area to the next just for boiled water to feed the 3 year old not too mention how much food I had to throw away as if that is affordable in today's market. I phone Eskom every day all day all you get is it is being escalated ****... The highlight of coz is I had to make that Move In/change of ownership payment immediately I had no choice if it was my last money but now ME the customer must just wait in the dark until they decide to sort me and my family out. My daughter is a 2nd year UWC student and needs her laptop daily, but who cares not ESKOM.. Just connect my ****ing electricity
