Eskom 's Poor service

Good afternoon I am a very unhappy Eskom customer in Mafikeng. North west province. Have been calling and complaining to eskom about electricity outage every day we are told about technician not being assigned or not being available. Yesterday 1 Dec I was told that I won't get help after 16:00 after waiting for 3 weeks. It is not just my home but a whole lot of houses. We can't buy food and what we had was spoiled. The kids are home, phones get flat we must go to work. For 3weeks. We can't take this anymore. Apart from Electricity I being expensive now we can't buy food.
