Eskom's failure to fix electricity outage in 3 weeks

<p>Eskom Mthatha has by far the most pathetic and disgusting service ever. 3 weks ago there was a raging storm in Baziya Mission (Mdeni) that sent some objects flying and one of the objects cut through the electric cable.</p> <p>We reported the matter to Eskom and they promised to come and fix the cable but up to now they have done absolutely nothing. One wonders if the company is guided by any values as they are not customer centric. Eskom employees are so inconsiderate and if you are from rural areas they treat you as less of a person. </p>
