Account *** Pole BZ74 PROBLEM: POWER KEEPS DIPPING

Please note that we have been experiencing electricity supply problems for the past week. The power keeps dipping. Last week the power kept dipping at night and then went off for 4 hours. Since it came back we find that our power keeps dipping ESPECIALLY at night, right through the whole property. The items with motors in them are struggling to run throughout the property. And we have already lost a fridge because of this.

I have tried to log this via the useless chatbot which clearly DOES NOT WORK AS WELL. So i am now sending the issue via email. It would be greatly appreciated if SOMEONE can fix this.......

So lets try getting help through this portal as eskoms customer service rep**** by saying the above issue must be resubmitted as it is not up to THEIR standard
