Eskom responds late

I am so tired of Eskom and their service delivery, they want us to buy electricity however when we need their help they take their own time.

I have been out of electricity since the 16/08/2017, they came yesterday and fixed nothing. i still don't have electricity. I called them yesterday and they said they will come, they never came, i called them today and they said they cant confirm when they will arrive. I have a toddler who must drink milk, but he cant bcz there is no power.

I am sick and tired of Eskom, they need to come to my house today, as in now and fix the problem.
