ESKOM REFUSES TO ATTEND TO A BLACKOUT FAULT REPORTED

6 houses on my street including mine have not had electricity supply since Sunday 9am. We have logged calls countless number of times via Alfred ChatBot and voice calls. No one has been dispatched to date and no one is interested in assisting us. This is ******* honestly. There's a heatwave and food is spoiling in the fridge. Elders are going through the most and their health is compromised. What nonsense is this???
