Eskom refuse to restore power

I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with eskom response with regards to power outage, they told me that they cannot send a technician untill tomorrow morning this means I will be out of electricity the whole night with perishable consumables that can not survive a night without a refigerator in this heat.

I pay for electricity, I am entitled to it and I need it.
