Eskom Ref no *** - Misleading feedback and poor service

I received incorrect feedback when I logged a query of my meter not being able to buy electricity. It was confirmed that I can buy from Spar and prepaid24 but when I purchased via prepaid24 it was unsuccessful. Now I am sitting with no electricity and no assistance.
