Eskom RED zone

I have just been told that I`m in a RED area 'Bishop Lavis'. After my electricity been off since Tuesday the 18/08/2020 and to day is the 21. According to previous references at Eskom my problem has been solved. Strange enough I`m writing my complaint. Eskom don't care when taking your money, but now I`be been told that in a RED area and they cant come out to fix my problem due to the RED zone. Now you tel me, when is my problem gonna be sorted and how long must I still stay in the dark with my parents over 60 years old. Or do I need to move to another area to get out of the RED. Or they must then send workers from the RED area to sort-out the RED area.
