Eskom reconnection taking time after a huge fine

They disconnected my power then fined me R12 000 I paid it and I’ve been calling them to do a follow up for over 2 weeks and I’m not being assisted.These Eskom people are ducked croocks and annoying the living hell out of me.The government must close them down.I spoke to a consultant by the name of Portia she sounded tired and not giving me proper feedback
