ESKOM QUERY.

I just recently received a sms from Eskom informing me that they are going to back date bank fee recovery charges from cash deposits i have been making on my Eskom account since January 2020. Are they allowed to do this. I have had no warning from them that they would be doing this. Julian Hicks.
