Eskom Putting Pensioner's Life in Danger

Poor Bad Service, I am writting this on behalf of my Grandmother who's electricity have been cut off because of Stupid Eskom Technicians. My Granny encountered problems with her Box and she reported to Eskom Guys while they were driving around the location of Ventersburg that the box is faulty, The Box was not showing Units and eventually she stopped buying electricity as she couldn't see how many units were left and to her surprised the Electricity was not depleting, now she encountered the problem with the box because there was a smoke coming out of it. She then got assistance from her neighbor and they called eskom people. And when they arrived they cut off her power saying that she is using ******* electricity and no one tempered with their Box. So it is now two weeks since the incident, The Old Lady "Pensioner" is sitting in the dark in cold weather with Grandchildren's on this Pandemic that we are facing, Now please tell me If to eliminate Covid-19 requires Hot Food and Water and Heat How are you expecting her to survive this? Or you want to make her the next dead covid case???>??>???
