Eskom problem

Eskom are ***********, they cannot provide a service that we are paying for, they cut the electricity for more than 8 hours and when you try to contact them they say the line is busy. What I also don't understand is why do they force loadshedding on us if the electricity problem were created by eskom and government because of ***** and them *****ing our money.?
