Eskom problem

Hi I have an eskom problem since Sunday morning sitting without power however I phoned many times gotten different references and everytime I must hear they resolved this matter but stil I'm without power they don't respond to my emails I've been complaining since Sunday they send me sms to say power has been restored but nothing still
