Eskom problem

Hi, I am Tebogo Ko****o from 124/10GOWENZA Street, Protea North, I wrote a review about eskom last week Friday. The review was about a cut Eskom underground cable, 3rd house from my house. On Wednesday , the 22nd of March 2023, I went to Eskom Chiawelo to find out what was going on . The manager Mr Vusi Maphalala informed me that they were going to have a meeting about the challenge and he took my cell number and promised to inform me about the outcome of the meeting. He did not keep his word. I am still waiting and nothing is been done.
