Eskom power pole right in front of the house and powerline running over the roof

In 2009 my grand mother got a site at a rural area called Kwelera where we grew up. She build a shack for herself, few years later Eskom team came and installed power pole rite in front of the shack. She was not around at the time so her neighbours tried to explain to the team that they can't install their pole in front of somebodies house. The team ignored the neighbour and continued to install. We build a house for her at the site, the builders tried to avoid building closer to the power line but it did not help because the line is running over the roof of the new house. We've tried querying about it from Eskom but we were not successful. My mother was told that they will never remove the pole. I believe it is not safe to have power line running over the roof of the house. We can not even continue with the building and my grandmother is still staying in a shack that is raining inside when it rains. Eskom team are so inconsiderate of rural people when the install their power lines, and it is not safe. We just want then to come and remove the pole to the side of the street nearby. Please help us with this.
