Eskom power outage no help

Very poor service , causing headache they not doing their jobs,we are without power for over two weeks they closed old call without resolving it. Business closed and food get damaged appliances got burned, its been repeat call ref ***. No update you keep calling and Alfred chat does not help email escalation closed
