Eskom power failure, unadhered to turnaround times (6hours)

Power outage: 2018 Feb 21, EST time 5:30am

Can someone competent please restore power. It's going over 24hrs with no power. Ref no.1 rejected due to incompetency, and some absurd reason. Ref 2: (Eskom Ref ********** 55 Dear Customer, Power should be restored as per field staff. If your power is not on please report it again.) Another unkept promise & incompetence. Ref 3 :Eskom ref no ********** 09 promise again to try again, still no power supply. Ref 4: Eskom ref no ********** 10 complaints Dept (Turnaround time to resolve matter is March 2018) ? hilarious!!!
