Eskom power fail since Sunday

We have been without electricity since Sunday and transformer was struck by a lightning. Eskom technicians fixed other areas on Sunday but ours has been without power since then.We reported the fault through "Alfred " chatbox,given reference number *** and where make a follow up, they say all technicians in this region are busy.This is so frustrating because food is getting rotten in the fridge, our kids cannot study properly. How do you survive without electricity from Sunday. Their customer sharecall *** is not even working. How do you deal with these??
