Eskom Power connection

I made and paid for a ESKOM application on the 29th May 2014. Ref ***. I have now been waiting for 1 7months and counting for the Eskom connection. My neighbour who app**** 13 months after I made my application was connected yesterday 21st October 2015 ,becuase she made an application in the Eastern Cape
