Eskom Port St Johns EC is USELESS!! POOR SERVICES!!!! Our parents and grandparents live in darkness for months!!!!!!!

Eskom Port St John’s, Eastern Cape is the worst, my mother has had no electricity since November 2024 and will continue to spend Christmas without electricity. She reported the issue on the exact day she found out that she can’t load electricity and the meter shows ”Eeeee” and yes the Alfred chat box was used and it did not help. This is not right, people deserve the same level of service in rural areas like those in urban areas. Electricians in Port St John’s come to areas for one issue, if you report that people next door also have an issue they ignore it. What is that?
