ESKOM POOR SERVICR

My name is Sibusiso and stay in Soweto in an area called Rockville ,due to this load shedding our main cable that supply electricity to our house got burnt and it had a smoke and we the only house in my street without power.And that happens on the 24 January 2020 and we reported the issue and calls. Then on the 31January we decided to go at their office is Midway(Soweto) and was given reference and today is the 20th February 2020 not even a single technician was sent. And what amazes me is that we were provided with two reference numbers. *** -W/O *** and *** -W/O ***.

And what puzzles we been waiting for too long and no one is calling .
