Eskom poor service

Power has been off in Belhar ext.13 since 6pm yesterday. I emailed *** and no response since yesterday. Tried to call their call centre no repsonse and no customer service at all. Rates and electricity goes up but customer is not a priority? Bad service is not what we want from a service provider!!!!
