Eskom poor service

Since Sunday 26 July Kagiso ext 11 we have not had any electricity and when you call eskom they never answer when you do reach them they tell a service Technician has been assigned but dololo nothing.

Eskom's service has become very ppor and bad.

Today will be the 4th day with no electricity but a service Technician has been assigned has it really been assigned or is it a a way to get rid of people calling.
