Eskom Poor service

I have a problem with Eskom, my electricity went off on Sunday (15/07/2018) and I tried to report it and they didn't not adhere to my request. I then called them the next day (16/07/2018) to ask what was happening but they instead told me lies that I do not buy electricity and I have a poor buying history. I buy electricity a lot and it's expenive. Eskom would rather help the individuals that use electricity *******ly. I am truly and really disappointed.
