ESKOM POOR SERVICE

I am sick and tired of "ESKOM" its almost 6 months now im waiting for Eskom to come and do a meter mover and i paid them R1900 to move a meter went to DAVEYTON at Eskom 2 TIMES and my sister went the again but we dont get any help. I called ESKOM CALL CENTER and they advised me that at DAVEYTON (they never load a query for me) and that time i spoke other guy and he said he is logging a query now so that i can get help. but still i did get any help and i called CALL CENTER again i spoke to Nonhle Tshabani she told me that they did logg a query and the person who was dealing with this query is VICTORIA at Ekurhuleni offices.......and i was advised that i should call again and i did call again i spoke to NOKUZO she said she will logg a query again so that i can get help ........im sick and tired of this and i asked to speak to her SUPERVISOR she advised that the person whos in charge is busy.....what must i do because i paid you guys cash???????????????????
