Eskom poor service

I have reported a dropped link on the farm on monday 24 November. (Kuruman Danielskuil area). Since then, nothing has happened. The technicians dont even have a job card yet. I reported it on the phone number provided sibce then, and still nothing. My animals will be going without water as of today. How can one company be so ***********?
