Eskom poor performance

Eskom is currently load-shedding an entire country because of inadequate maintenance and not collecting outstanding bills from municipalities. They punish those paying their monthly bills instead of cutting off the rotten apples. We are paying more for less electricity every year. They need to get their house in order.
