Eskom poor delivery service

My family has been without electricity for almost a month now..we are using prepaid electricity,the one that you put your units in the small meter box that you have to charge..the box started acting up & we couldn't load units..we called Eskom in our area & they kept saying they will send their technicians to inspect & a week went by until our units depleted..we had take the meter box to the branch so they can atleast check it..when we got there we were told that they can't help us they will need to send technicians at home. When they finally came they took the meter box & told us they didn't have a new one with them & that they will come back with it.. That was more than 3 weeks ago..we keep calling & we are being taken from pillar to post..at this point we have to rely on asking neighbors to charge our phones..having to buy frozen food from pocket everyday is ridiculously expensive..Eskom is really failing us!!
