Eskom pls rich out to egubenxa

We haven't had electricity for almost 5 days trying to rich out to Eskom number until our airtime gets finished trying to report through the app still in vein, so since that day we have no reference number nothing I am from Engcobo in a location called Egubenxa next to Gubenxa clinic we are stranded our meat from the fridges are now rotten we need help
