Eskom please help!!!!

I'm in Rainham, Phoenix, my neighbour and I are always affected by the transformer blowing up especially in heavy rains. I have a disabled /special needs child and my neighbor is a heart patient. We try endlessly to get through the call center , sometimes days only for them to answer and cut off our calls with no reference number. We start the process all over again, with no help. We email the customer service department still no response. We need eskom to seal off these boxes to prevent water from getting in and blowing up the transformer. We are continuously sending emails however it falls on deaf ears. Is there someone from eskom that really values customers that can help us. I'm contactable on email. ***. Urgent request.
