ESKOM PLATFORMS ARE USELESS

THE VARIOUS PLATFORMS TO SUBMIT METER READINGS ARE JUST TOTALLY USELESS. CSONLINE - csonline.eskom.co.za/GTConnect/Login/ delivered this message since 20/11/2024 "The server is too busy to handle the current request" KANA Enterprise - how is this possible? Alfred The Chatbot just "goes to sleep" halfway through submission and really takes forever to get anything through. The Eastern Cape email crowd do not EVER respond with any meaningful answer - just a generic reply!!!! By submitting readings we, the public are helping ESKOM to reduce costs by submitting the readings. Trying to get a reissue of an account due to CHATBOT getting the reading wrong is almost an impossibility!!!!! The My ESKOM app is also a nightmare!!!! GET YOUR PLATFORMS TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!
