Eskom pathetic service

We've been having problems with electricity meter box in erf no.801 in Bongani,Douglas, Northern Cape and even went to the offices yesterday but still awaiting a technician? It's been 5 days now with no electricity and I'm seriously considering suing Eskom for damages due to all our meat etc going off!!!

This is a very small town so there's no excuse for this pathetic service! If u see them then they're driving around doing their personal stuff but when needed they never pitch!!!
