Eskom pathetic

HOW DOES ANYONE KEEP THEIR JOBS!!!!! Never have i dealt with such *********** people. Trying to open a new account. They have acknowkedged receipt of all docs. 5 references weeks later they decide to cut us off. Hours on the phone they agree its their fault. 24 hours later a visit to Vereeninging branch who are unhelpful and surly still now power. A rescue centre for abused dogs is run from the property- electricity is vital. Asked for a managers no. Only to be told wasting our time he won't answer.
