Eskom pains me a lot

All along we had electricity in Cosmo street dobsonville gardens. But immediately after eskom went to our box our electricity was switch off since from last week Thurs after the load shedding but other streets do have electricity and now when you call they don't come to switch on for us it seems like they now fixed for the other street with our own circuit breaker. Can eskom come and fix this problem for us please. We tired there's a funeral and other parts are lighting but ours is off. Can eskom have a heart please.
