ESKOM... Out of order

My husband paid R25800.00 on 12/11/2015. Measurements were done with planting poles over a period of 3 months, 11 days. No power yet.... My husband phoned so did I and complained. With *** and again ***. The woman on the other line assured me that they will contact me in 3 working days. Nothing... I want interest paid on R25800.00 form 12/11/2015 up to date. I pay +- R400 per week for diesel to keep my generator running at night. That is 15 weeks... at R400 per week is the sum of R6000 till 25 February 2016. Nobody can give me a dat that the electricity would be connected. I need to claim interest now!!!
