ESKOM ONCE AGAIN

<p>Good day</p> <p>i've got a problem i've been contacting ESKOM since sa****ay as my grandparents experienced problem since Sa****ay 11.06.2016 till today we have been calling regarding a power failur that has happend sice Satuday ..............all they can say is the techncians are having a backlock of the weekend what i've been asking is what they fixing if my grandparents are waiting from the weekend i'm really getting annoyed coz no1 is willing to help or assist all we asking is please assist in help as all they keep doing is telling me to have patience for morethan 4days now waiting for their assistant.can i please get help regarding this please.</p>
