Eskom not responding

They was a huge thunderstorm and my meter box burn we are still l waiting for Eskom to come and fix it , I can’t able purchase electricity , I went straight to the Dundee office they said they will come but it been one month two weeks waiting for them to come and help me with matter , I went again to Greytown office hoping they will help us ,but I just got a reference number from these offices but they are not coming , I m from Msinga Top KwaGxobanyawo
