Eskom not responding
What is the point of calling and log via Alfred if nothing is going to happen. I have been calling the Eskom number and been holding for a long time only to be given a reference that I am still keeping. Apparently someone went to the house, I did not received a call nothing and they never went to check the pole. I was off for 2 days and the day Eskom decided to come when there was no one in the house and did not check with the neighbors. What do I need to do please as I need to work to be able to buy your electricity. I cannot be at home all week not knowing when you will come.

14 Feb 2026, 11:33What is the point of sending my details and the references to Eskom if they are not going to do anything. I've been at home for the whole week waiting for the tachnicians, Alfred has the same message saying they are aware. I can't leave the house because I might miss them but it's been a a full week waiting. Why can't you send someone or at least call and advise when you will send help as I need to go to work. My food is rotten had to throw everything away. A month's gross aries in the bin.
