Eskom not helping with problem

I have been without electricity since December 2024. I’ve logged numerous tickets because I’m unable to load electricity, I’ve been to their offices twice. And promised Technicians would be sent to change the meter box. There is no sense of urgency from Eskom. I’m living in Potsdam Eastern Cape
