Eskom not helping us

I am so disappointed with the way Eskom in Limpopo under Mogalakwena/Gelead responded to my complaint. We are having a tree branch hanging on Eskom cable for years and we are four houses connected to that pole. I called Eskom customer care the first time and they gave me this reference number: *** and they assured me that the Technician will come and cut the branch of that tree. Then the technician came and look at the tree and walked away. The only reason he gave was that he doesn't have the right tool to cut the branch. Then after a week I called Eskom customer care again and that was on the 31/08/2022 . They gave me the Reference number: *** and they said Technician will come and cut the brunch. The technician came like the first one said he doesn't have the right tool to cut that branch. Now since the tree is in my house my neighbors think that I am the one who is not reporting this matter to Eskom. Please Eskom help us because we can't cut that branch by ourselves and we are not allowed to do so.
