eskom not fixing our electricity pole

I am sending this on behalf of my mom, on the 4th of June the electricity cut from the pole that 7 other houses share, we log a call with Eskom the following morning, till today no one has came to fix the electricity, every time we call the tell us some that the will send someone after 7 hours, till today a month later the no one came and there is no electricity, please help us call talking to Eskom is not helping. my case any with eskom is *** and ***
