Eskom not attending to us for 3 weeks already

I have a problem with Eskom Protea Glen. When we call the call centre agent we were told that the technician went out with our call that was the 24th December since we didn't have electricity since the 8th of December today I went to Eskom office they say the technician went out to us but still nothing. We have a serious problem here we have a business that we running but since there is no electricity we are failing to run it. Cam someone please assist I have lots of reference numbers ***. Please we sicking help.
