ESKOM NOT ATTENDING TO ELECTRICITY COMPLAINTS IN MHLUMAYO, LADYSMITH

Several complaints have been formally submitted to Eskom regarding electricity challenges at Mhlumayo Area in Ladysmith. Our electricity is very weak and the turnaround time to restore our electricity takes forever due to the fact that we are serviced by Estcourt Depot while we are located in Ladysmith. Telephone calls have been to Eskom and several walk ins into their offices, but the matter has not been resolved or does not receive any necessary attention. We hereby request Eskom to treat this matter seriously as we also human beings and we have right to basic services like the rest South Africans.
