Eskom not attending to a reported hazard
I have logged three calls for Eskom to come and change the main wires because they pose a serious hazard to my family and the entire village. There are two main wires that pass inside my yard. These wires move from one pole to another pole. When there is a wind they hit my house to a point of creating sparks. Due to this, my house has some cracks.
History of the calls: Call number 1 (***): When I called regarding an update for this reference number I was told that the technician came and indicated that there is a faulty device. This is a lie because there is no technician that came. Then a was given the following reference number (***). Call number 2 (***): For this call when I called for updates, I was told that the call has been closed because the technician fixed the problem. Again, this is a lie because even today I am still waiting for a technician. Again, I was given another reference number (***). Again, I am still waiting for a technician.
One wire is composed of about four to five strings. Only one string left due to hitting the wall. This caused a shock on my house (it cracked). If we experience another wind anytime soon the remaining string will be cut-off and there will be a disaster if this matter is not attended to.
Even the village logged a call pertaining to this matter. These are the call which was logged by our village (*** and ***). This problem is at Madadzhi village, next to Madadzhi primary school. One of the pole's numbers is 05B02.
