Eskom not assisting with power outage since the beginning of January

We have been without electricity from the begining of January to date we have called several times reporting outage then eventually last week it was back but only to certain houses. i am worried my mother has insulin that needs to be kept in the fridge how do we then comply if there will be no power for 2 goods months.This is at Mtata Esihlabeni location my home meter number is ***
