Eskom not assisting Rosedale AA in Mthatha

Beginning of November we experienced a heavy storm in Mthatha. I live in Rosedale Administrative Area and for the past month no representative from Eskom has come to check our situation. Live cables are lying around with our children playing with them, our children are writing exams with no electricity... This is a very bad and urgent situation.
