Eskom no supply since Monday after logging the faults

What is there to do when tickets have been logged numerous times this week for power being off and each time it gets closed as resolved but no technician has been to the house to ensure the electricity is on???? I've tried Eskom Customer service as well which gives voice prompts and when I select the option I need it states I selected the incorrect option???? There has been no electricity supply to this address since Monday!!!!!
