Eskom - no power

Not sure what next step is, no power for 17 days now despite logging the required calls. Neighbours power fine, worked after first remediation visit until next load shedding event, then off again and no attention since then *** Logged 31 Jan, marked as resolved *** Logged 9 Feb, still open *** Logged 14 Feb, closed as duplicate data set. Shared contact details but still no contact
